Toreca Break is a card shop on the 6th floor of the New Akihabara Center Building — reached by going down the passage from the entrance and up the elevator. Where it leans hardest is buying, actively taking in high-collectibility cards. For anyone looking to sell high-end cards or a collection, it's a place to have them looked at with some expertise. It also offers in-house oripa from low to high price points, so sales, buying and a flutter all sit under one roof. It's about a two-minute walk from JR Akihabara's Electric Town exit, with many card shops clustered nearby. That makes it easy to drop into while comparing prices across stores when buying or selling high-end cards and PSA-graded pieces. It's no flashy megastore, but for someone who wants to deal carefully with a collectible piece, it's a solid pick on an upper floor right by the station.
