A rare all-TCG specialty mall spread across B1F and 5F of Laox Akihabara Main Store.
Japan, 〒101-0021 Tokyo, Chiyoda City, Sotokanda, 1-chōme−2−9 ラオックス秋葉原本店 B1F 5F
This isn't a single shop -- it's a "specialty mall" format that fills the basement (B1F) and 5th floor of the Laox Akihabara Main Store building with nothing but trading card specialty shops. Rather than mixing in figures or anime goods, this space is dedicated purely to TCG retailers, one of the earlier examples of this format in Japan. It opened with just the basement floor, then later expanded onto the 5th floor, bringing together shops that each specialize in different games -- Pokemon, Yu-Gi-Oh! OCG, One Piece Card Game, Union Arena, and more -- all under one roof. It's about a 2-minute walk from Akihabara Station's Denki-gai exit, and the Laox Akihabara Main Store building itself is an easy landmark to spot, so you won't need to hunt through a maze of small backstreet buildings. Keep in mind the shops are split across two floors (B1F and 5F), so you'll be moving between them as you browse. Because each tenant shop has its own specialty, this place suits people who want to compare Pokemon, Yu-Gi-Oh!, and One Piece cards all in one stop, or who want to check condition and pricing across several shops before deciding where to buy. Each shop also runs its own buyback counter, so you can get multiple quotes without leaving the building -- something a single standalone shop can't offer. Tenants do rotate over time, so part of the fun is discovering a new specialty shop each time you visit.
