A Pokemon-card specialist on the 2nd floor of the Tora Building, which had its grand opening in April 2026 under the banner "JAPANESE IMPACT" — a base for sending Japan's trading-card culture out to the world. It's run by Anmore Inc. More than a sales floor, it positions itself as an experiential store, envisioning displays of rare collections and player-to-player exchange across language barriers. Over its pre-opening weekend, visitors packed in from the moment the doors opened, filling the store with collectors and TCG fans. Its core is Pokemon cards, with particular strength in the collector's high-end: PSA 10 graded cards, old-back cards, promos and sealed boxes. From original packs (oripa) containing PSA 10 cards to enhanced buyback for Pokemon and Yu-Gi-Oh!, its lineup is aimed at a segment where each transaction — buying or selling — runs large. It advertises "English OK" and is run with overseas visitors in mind. Timed to the grand opening, it has kept up SNS-linked campaigns such as "LEGEND DROP," running 14 times over three months with PSA-graded Pokemon cards and sealed boxes as prizes. It's about a five-minute walk from Akihabara Station's Electric Town exit, and about a one-minute walk from Suehirocho Station on the Ginza Line — close if you come in from the Suehirocho side.
