Trading Card Shop YK Akihabara No. 2 Store

// ABOUT THIS SHOP

The No. 2 store of Trading Card Shop YK, on the ground floor close to the street in Sotokanda 4-chome. A Pokemon-only specialist, it operates as a follow-up to the main Akihabara store. Buying is the core. With limited-quantity urgent high-price offers and appraisals even for cards not on the buy list, it actively takes in people looking to sell Pokemon cards, paying cash on the spot once you accept the quote. Mail-in buyback launched in November 2025, applied for through its LINE membership app. It also runs an official online store (yk-collection.jp), so you can mix in-store, mail-in and online however you like. Run with a collector-leaning bent for Pokemon cards, it's active on social media too — even bringing on a web3 influencer as an official ambassador. It suits people who want to turn Pokemon cards into cash quickly, or to keep all their buying and selling within Pokemon, mail-in and online buyback included. Whereas the main store is in central Akihabara, the No. 2 store sits a little apart in a near-street unit in 4-chome, useful when you'd rather avoid lines and crowds and have cards appraised at a calm pace. For sellers who value speed of intake and on-the-spot cash, it's an easy option to reach for.
