On the 5th floor of the Hope Building, this shop pioneers a rental-showcase model dedicated entirely to trading cards. Opened in March 2025 by the Ninnin group—famous for vintage back Pokémon cards and operating stores in Akihabara, Ikebukuro, Nakano and Osaka Nipponbashi—it lets individual collectors rent custom-designed acrylic cases on a monthly basis to sell their own cards. Each case holds up to 48 cards, and because every transaction involves physical inspection, buyers can verify authenticity on the spot—a key advantage over online marketplaces. The format draws collectors hunting for rare or high-value cards that rarely surface elsewhere.
