Grand Panda Canyon Akihabara

// ABOUT THIS SHOP

Grand Panda Canyon Akihabara sits on the 3rd floor of the Shinonome-do Building (above Akibaoo No.7) and is now in its 16th year in Akihabara. It leads with One Piece cards, Weiß Schwarz and Shadowverse Evolve, and over the years has built real depth in character-series titles such as Love Live!, Project Sekai, The Quintessential Quintuplets and Sword Art Online. Its signature is the in-house "Grapan oripa," spanning a wide price range from around 300 yen up into the tens of thousands, using mechanisms like guaranteed pulls from the pictured lineup and last-one prizes to balance the thrill of the draw with lower risk. For One Piece, high-value cards like comic-parallels and promos are sometimes built into the top prizes. Sales stock is curated toward rare and good-condition cards, which suits people who'd rather skip digging through huge bins. There's a play space in-store, so you can test a card on the spot, and it handles buying, cashless payment and an online store. A few minutes from Akihabara Station's Electric Town exit toward Chuo-dori, it's a long-running pick for anyone after character-series TCGs or One Piece oripa.
