INFINITE JOY Trading Cards Akihabara

// ABOUT THIS SHOP

This trading-card shop sits a little north of the busiest part of Akihabara, in the Sotokanda 4-chome area toward Suehirocho. This stretch is less crowded than the area right by the station, making it an easy stop as you work your way north along Chuo-dori. Its core is carrying three of today's most-played titles side by side: the Pokemon Trading Card Game, Duel Masters, and the ONE PIECE Card Game. Friends who collect different games can browse for their cards on the same floor. Inside there are 20 duel-space seats, so you can try out cards you've just bought or find an opponent and play on the spot. With playable stock and the tables in the same place, it's easy to top up a few singles and get straight into a game. The shop also buys cards, which makes it easy to clear out what you no longer use and reinforce your next deck in a single visit. It suits shoppers who'd rather step back from the bustle by the station and browse at a calmer pace. In a district as dense with card shops as Akihabara, a store where you can check all three major titles at once also works well as a base for comparing stock and prices as you make the rounds. Restocks and hours are posted on the shop's official X account (@infinitejoy_trc).
