Description

"SNKRDUNK" is an authentication-backed flea-market app for sneakers and trading cards used by millions each month. Its operator, SODA Inc., opened its first dedicated trading-card store as SNKRDUNK TCG Akihabara, in the central wing of the Sotokanda 1-chome Building. Just a one-minute walk from Akihabara Station's Electric Town south exit, it has grown its footfall since opening in 2023, surpassing one million cumulative visitors, with monthly footfall now topping 50,000. Its greatest strength is bringing the authentication and grading system honed in the app straight into the store. A 2025 renovation roughly doubled the floor area and added a dedicated buyback floor. On top of that, the 5th floor now permanently houses "PSA Lounge Tokyo" — the world's first official direct outlet of the authentication body PSA — where you can submit cards for PSA grading in person. High-value PSA 10 cards lining the showcases are a sight unique to this store. It handles mainly the Pokemon Trading Card Game, along with the ONE PIECE Card Game, Weiss Schwarz and others. Beyond used singles, since the renovation it also sells and buys sealed boxes and early Pokemon cards. It's a large store near the station, suited to anyone who wants to buy and sell on an authentication-first basis, or handle grading in the same place.
