On the 7th floor of BiTO AKIBA PLAZA, essentially at the doorstep of JR Akihabara Station's Electric Town exit, this is a large-scale TCG specialty shop. Of the four Card Rush locations in Akihabara (the 1st, 1.5th, 2nd and 0th), this "Store No. 0 TC" opened in November 2022 as the group's largest flagship at the time—its numeric name belying its central role. Duel Masters anchors the lineup, joined by Pokémon TCG, Yu-Gi-Oh! OCG (domestic and overseas), Magic: The Gathering, One Piece Card Game, Vanguard, Battle Spirits and Shadowverse: Evolve. Its spacious duel floor is a regular host for large unofficial CS events (Hatchi CS, Rush Châtelaine Cup and others) as well as official tournaments. The 6th floor of the same building houses Dragon Star Akihabara Ekimae, making floor-to-floor multi-shop browsing easy.
