El Dorado Yu-Gi-Oh! & Duel Masters Hall is a retro-card specialist on the 4th floor of the Kogure Suehiro Building. It deals in cards from the 1990s and 2000s — chiefly Yu-Gi-Oh! (from the first series through 5D's) and old-frame Duel Masters — and deliberately skips the latest booster packs. It was built to help you meet again the card you were hooked on back then. The draw here is the depth of carefully condition-checked early cards, including overseas-edition Duel Masters and Yu-Gi-Oh! Relief (Ultimate Rare) cards. Known as one of Akihabara's earliest collector-focused specialty shops, it draws players and collectors from across the country hunting old-frame Duel Masters and early Yu-Gi-Oh!. Separately from this Yu-Gi-Oh! & Duel Masters hall, the shop also runs a nearby "Pokémon Hall" handling old-back Pokémon cards. Alongside over-the-counter buying, it accepts mail-in purchases from anywhere in Japan, making it an option for selling early cards long stashed away in a closet. It's about a six-minute walk from Akihabara Station; take the elevator from the building entrance up to the 4th floor. A little apart from the new-release buzz, it suits anyone who wants to sit with older cards at their own pace.
