Card Shop BEAMS Akihabara

// ABOUT THIS SHOP

Tradia Akihabara Main Store is a specialty card shop on the 4th floor of the MN Building, home to the Gachapon Kaikan. Operated by B8 Co., Ltd., it opened in Akihabara in 2014 as Card Shop BEAMS — a veteran of the local scene — and now operates under the Tradia name. What defines this shop is its focus on products for players who actually build and run decks, rather than high-value collector cards. Its main lines are Pokemon, Duel Masters and Yu-Gi-Oh!, and beyond the latest booster packs and staple cards for competitive play it also carries supplies like sleeves and deck cases. Backed by a loyal customer base, it relocated in 2021 to a larger floor than before. Because the building is marked by the well-known Gachapon Kaikan, first-timers can find the 4th-floor shop easily. Lottery sales and new-arrival news are posted on its official X account. Rather than chasing a flashy collector image, it has endured as a resupply base for players who run their decks day to day, and buying is available too.
