FullComp Akihabara

// ABOUT THIS SHOP

This is the Akihabara branch of "FullComp," located on the 4th floor of the Senju Building in Sotokanda 3-chome. FullComp is a chain with stores in Hachioji, Shinjuku, Fukuoka, Sapporo, and elsewhere; in Akihabara it also runs a second location on the 9th floor of Radio Kaikan, and the two branches carry different lineups. The Hachioji store is the chain's main flagship, making this Akihabara branch one outpost within the wider chain. At this Senju Building branch, alongside mainstream titles like Yu-Gi-Oh! OCG, Pokemon cards, Duel Masters, and One Piece Card Game, the buyback list also includes comparatively niche titles such as Battle Spirits and Digimon Card Game. They also handle cards that require specialist appraisal, such as old-era Yu-Gi-Oh! relief cards from the first and second series -- useful if you want to check both mainstream new releases and more niche titles in a single visit. It's about a 2-minute walk from the nearest station, and it handles both buybacks and sales. The buyback price lists for Yu-Gi-Oh! and Pokemon cards are updated nearly every day, which is handy if you want to track how prices are moving before deciding where to sell. Since the lineup here differs from the Radio Kaikan branch under the same chain, part of the fun is comparing the two.
