On the 1st through 3rd floors of the Rocket Amateur Radio Main Building beneath the JR Sobu Line viaduct—a 3-minute walk from JR Akihabara Station's Electric Town exit—this is the Akihabara debut of the Ryusei no PAO chain, which operates stores across western Tokyo and beyond (Tachikawa, Hachioji, Machida, Nakano, Omiya, Chiba-Chuo, Yokohama and more). Opened in February 2026 as the group's 10th location, its defining feature is a three-floor layout in a single building: graded-card showcases on the 1st, the main sales floor on the 2nd, and a play floor on the 3rd. With roughly 15 titles—rivaling only the Machida flagship within the group—it covers nearly every major TCG (Pokémon, Yu-Gi-Oh!, Duel Masters, Vanguard, Weiss Schwarz, Battle Spirits, Union Arena). The large play space hosts tournaments and free matches, and the location itself carries distinctly Akihabara character, taking over the space of a long-running under-the-tracks internet café.
